The purpose of the TOC Learning Network is to centralize and promote the free exchange of information related to the use of TOC among the participants in the TOC Learning Network. It provides a forum in which the members may assist each other in furthering their knowledge about and advancing their abilities in the use of TOC.德奧思學習網絡目的是為了中央统一及推广免費TOC資訊互相交換给網络中各成員。它是一個平台給各會員互相幫肋，並加强知識及提升能力去使用TOC。
